  1. I think that davin wedel was the best. Because flavored condoms are awesome and prevent STD's and taste good. And glow in the dark condoms are even more awesome because you can't go wrong with glow in the dark, and i have no idea what a lollipop condom is but that sounds great too. And STD's suck and no one wants those.

  2. Russell Simmons is the man. He co-founded DefJam, which introduced the world to Run-DMC and LL Cool J. He also founded Phat Farm, who's sweaters clothing can be bought everywhere.

  3. I really liked Judy Wicks (White Dog Enterprises) the best. I liked how she thought it was very important to keep her business personal and have more contact with her customers. I also liked the fact that she started out as a jobless, broke, emotional wreck who ended up getting a job by sharing her sob story to a man she met on the street; it shows that she's really just a regular person with bad and good days.

  4. Stella Ogiale was a really determined entrepreneur. After leaving the business world to start a family, she ended up getting a divorce. She couldn't go back to 9-5 job, because she had to take care of her autistic son. So she saved up money from her 100$ paying job and founded the Chesterfield Health Service, so other families could work without -putting their children into an institution.

  5. Steve Jobs was the best entrepeneur b/c he basically designs all the apple products, and how they feel to users which is cool. The apple products are very popular and everyone uses them so he must be doing something right if all these people are buying them.

  6. Betsey Johnson was my favorite because she stayed true to her plan since the beginnning, and its worked since she is still successful 25 years later. She has a whimsical and quirky personality and sense of style.

  7. I love Betsey Johnson. I picked her for my favorite because she is a fashion goddess and an uprising fashion icon. Her funky odd style is what seperates her from the rest in the industry. What amazes me about about Ms. Johnson is that no one thought that she could start her own company, but she sure showed them. Her items are sold at high class department stores such as Saks and Nordstrom.

  9. I found Laima Tazmin of LAVT a very interesting entrepreneur. She is only 15 and runs a web consulting business out of Manhattan. She is currently working on expanding into customizing computers and creating community based online businesses. Founder Steve Mariotti of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship says: "Laima is the top kid I have personally ever worked with, and that's out of 9,000.". This is only one of the good comments said about her from high standing business executives, and there's tons more. She definitely has a good career ahead of her, and has gotten a great start.

  10. I like Steve Jobs the best. I chose him because he cares about his customers and designs Apple electronics and I think that is cool. What made him different from others was the fact that he is a part of every piece in the designing of computers and he designs them to the customers needs and cares about them. Apple is a popular company and many high class businesses around the world use it so they must be pretty damn good!

  11. I like Steve Jobs the best. I like him because he takes responsibility in everything Apple makes. His team was the creaters of Ipods which revolutionized the music world. Instead of records and cd's people were now able to carry thounsands of songs in their pocket.

  13. Lance Morgan is the best of the entrepeneurs that I read about. He founded Ho-Chunk with money from his Indian Reservation's Casino, and then turned it into a corporation worth $100 million, which is owned by indians on the reservation. This company owns a wide variety of businesses, all owned and employed by fellow indians. The company is currently building a housing community for those of the reservation.

  15. Frank Venegas was definetly the most interesting story i thought. winning a new car from one of the last two raffle tickets, then selling it for $12000 to start your own steel company which now makes millions. thats pretty sweet.

  16. I think that Laima Tazmin sets a great example for all young entrepreneurs . She shows that age isn't a factor in reaching your goals. As one of the youngest presidents of their own company, Laima shows that hard work can truly pay off. She now runs her own company very successfully on top of going to school.

  18. David Neeleman is a great example of how some entrepreneurs really put the consumer first. When creating the corporation JetBlue, he created a list of reasons why people dislike flying, and changed his plane companies so it would be more enjoyable. he also helps with loading and unloading luggage and limits his pay.

I think Steve Jobs is the best entrepreneurs because he cares about his costumers and the product that he sells. The Apple product is an amazing invention that has been very helpful for everyone who listens to music and or uses the other Apple programs for school or work. He was a huge part of ever design that Apple comes up with, he is really active in the company he does not just sit back and let everyone else do the work. He knows whats going on at all times of the Apple company.

  20. I think steve jobs is one of hte best entrepreneurs because he has revolutionized technology. He keeps coming out with new attractive, top of the line products, that makes other businesses such as Microsoft have to create better products to match the capability's of his. Steve Jobs is going to keep making his products better, for a long time, before him and his team run out of ideas

  21. Of the entrepreneurs I read about, Sergey Brin and Larry Page interested me the most. Their company, Google revolutionized and pretty much made the internet. Their business was honest and fair to the users of the search engine.
